Terry Lavenstein, Managing Partner of Lavenstein Law LLC, has been practicing criminal defense trial law exclusively for over 40 years in all Maryland state and Federal Courts. During his tenure, he has had the pleasure of being granted “Pro Hoc Vice” status (temporary Bar Admittance) in 12 other U.S. states and 10 federal jurisdictions in criminal cases. He has tried criminal cases in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Delaware, Ohio, Florida, Wisconsin, New Jersey and New York.
Terry has successfully defended 16 of 18 homicide trials and has successfully defended hundreds of criminal and DUI/DWI cases before District Courts in the state of Maryland.
